Abundant Yarn Online is happy to help you with your yarn purchases. Our return policy varies with circumstance so please find the option below that fits your situation. Please note that, unless we erred in processing your order, we cannot accept returns of yarn that was wound by us at your request.
If we erred in processing your order, for instance, sent the wrong color, we’ll strive to fix the problem in the earliest possible manner. We will send a prepaid mailing label so that you can send back the items. And we’ll rush the correct items soon as we possibly can.
Ordering yarn online is tricky because no matter how much effort we make to represent a yarn’s actual color if your monitor settings are different, the yarn you receive may actually look different than you expected. If you’re displeased with the product when it arrives, you can return it for exchange so long as it is in the same condition in which we sent it to you and the product labels are intact. We recommend you send the yarn back via USPS and go ahead and place a new order for what you prefer. When the order arrives, we will refund your Paypal or credit card account for the price of the product. We do not refund the cost of shipping the yarn to you.
Send the yarn back to us and we’ll carry a store credit for the cost of your order excluding shipping. We’ll keep a record of your credit for when you’d like to use it later.
As above, if the product purchased is in the same condition as when received, you can send it back to us for a refund of the cost of the product. We do not refund the shipping expenses. Returns for refund must be processed within 90 days of purchase.
