The Ruffle Sock is a Shibui Knits design by Kerin Dimeler. These toddler-sized socks can be made with either a ribbed cuff or with an adorable little ruffled cuff.

Materials:
Yarn: 1 skein ShiBui Sock (or other sock yarn): 100% superwash merino; 50g/191 yds
Needles: US 1 (2.23) dpn or size to obtain gauge
Other: Tapestry Needle
Gauge: 36sts/46 rows+4" in stockinette stitch on US Size 1 (2.25) needles
